Perry Starr

Perry Starr possesses extensive experience in the financial and operational sectors, currently serving as a Board Member, Secretary, and Treasurer for the U.S. Faster Payments Council since April 2019. At Target, a tenure that began in 2000, Perry has held various positions including Director of Payment Acceptance and Group Manager of Financial Services, demonstrating a strong background in financial management. Prior professional experience includes roles at Exxon Company, USA, where responsibilities spanned from Pricing Analyst to Territory Manager within the Lubricants & Specialty Chemicals division. Perry holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School, an MBA in Finance and Operations from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
