Reggie Clark is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in managing and improving operational efficiency across various retail organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Target since November 2023, Reggie is responsible for developing an IW-IB shift planner and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Prior to Target, Reggie held multiple positions at Amazon from 2016 to 2023, culminating in the role of Operations Manager, where new Operations Managers and Area Managers were developed, enhancing customer service and safety in line with organizational standards.
