Richard Lundquist

Richard Lundquist is currently the Director of Store Operations US at Target, leading Process and Merchandise initiatives for Food & Beverage operations across over 1,900 stores. With more than 21 years of experience in big box retail, Richard has held various leadership roles, including overseeing food service operations in Cafes and Pizza Hut stores, as well as managing Starbucks operations in 1,750 stores. Richard previously directed food operations for 78 stores in the North East from 2017 to 2021, and is recognized for driving positive P&L results while enhancing operational efficiencies. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at the American Public University System, Richard aims to foster positive change within teams and organizations.
