Srimanta Mitra is a seasoned professional with expertise in conversation design and human resource management. Currently serving as a Conversation Designer at Haptik since March 2022, Srimanta previously held the position of Chief People Officer at ContentNinja from December 2017 to March 2022, where responsibilities included scaling the team and enhancing employee experience.
