Sushmita Urs

Sushmita Urs has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR - Technology at TII. Sushmita has held significant roles at DIAGEO India as the HR Leader for Talent Management and Organization Effectiveness and at Diageo as the Head of HR for Global STP. Prior to this, Sushmita worked as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at Wipro Limited and held multiple roles at Tata Consultancy Services, including Head of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Consultant. Sushmita Urs holds a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from the National Law School of India University.
