Stephanie Shushan

Stephanie Shushan is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in program management and leadership. Currently serving as the CalAIM Incentive Payment Program Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, Stephanie oversees Medicaid initiatives aimed at improving access to care for vulnerable populations. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at Community Health Plan of Washington, including Program Manager III and Senior Analyst, focusing on whole person healthcare and telehealth innovations. Additional experience includes project management at the Washington Rheumatology Alliance and interim program management with I-TECH in South Africa. Stephanie's earlier roles at the University of Washington encompass critical care operations and administrative support in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, where Stephanie implemented processes to enhance faculty management. Stephanie holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Washington School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business.
