Barrett Jourdan has extensive experience in political and advocacy communications, currently serving as the Director of Outside Groups at Targeted Victory since July 2016. In this role, Barrett leads the development of a Conversational P2P program to enhance voter engagement and communication. Previous positions at Targeted Victory include Director of Client Services and Director of Peer-to-Peer Marketing, where Barrett managed digital programs and oversaw the deployment of extensive fundraising messages. Earlier roles included Director of Corporate Affairs at a Fortune 500 company, where Barrett expanded social media strategies, and various positions at the University of Rhode Island, including Freshman Orientation Family Program Coordinator and Video Production Assistant. Barrett holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History from the University of Rhode Island.
