Asim Shah

Asim Shah is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director and CEO of Tarpo Industries Ltd since January 2008, Asim is responsible for overseeing operations in Kenya, focusing on strategic initiatives and organizational simplification to improve customer service. Asim also serves as Project Manager for Global Management Challenge Kenya and operates as a consultant at asimshah.co.uk, specializing in management and HR consulting for SMEs. Previously, Asim founded Greener Pastures Limited, a recruitment agency targeting the manufacturing, hospitality, and medical sectors, and directed Extreme Wilderness Challenges, which organized Africa's toughest MTB race. Asim has a strong academic background with degrees in Manufacturing Engineering & Management from the University of Warwick and in Membrane Structures from the IMS BAUHAUS® Archineer® institutes e.V. and Hochschule Anhalt.
