Prior to rejoining Tarte Cosmetics, Steph held the position of Marketing Manager at NARS Cosmetics and Senior Retail Marketing Manager at BECCA Inc. Early career experience includes multiple roles at Tarte Cosmetics and editorial contributions in beauty for W27 Newspaper and BRINK magazine. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and an Associate's Degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology, along with a certification in Fashion and Glamour Makeup from Empire Beauty School.
