Jonathan Shelon, CFA, has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Jonathan began their career in 1993 as an Associate Actuary at Milliman. In 1998, they moved to Callan Associates as a Quantitative Consultant. In 2001, they became a Portfolio Manager at Fidelity Investments. From 2011 to 2015, they served as Chief Investment Officer of the Specialized Strategies Team at J.P. Morgan. In 2016, they joined the Board of Advisors at AssetGrade, LLC. In 2018, they became Co-Founder of TARTLE. Jonathan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at KraneShares.
Jonathan Shelon, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Actuarial Science from Fox School of Business at Temple University between 1990 and 1994. In 2000, they obtained their Fellow of the Society of Actuaries from the Society of Actuaries. In 2003, they obtained their CFA Charterholder from the CFA Institute. In 2009, they attended the CFA Institute Investment Management Workshop at Harvard Business School. In 2016, they attended MIT Fintech: Future Commerce at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
