Chandhrika Jayan has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Chandhrika started their career in 2006 as a Sales and Marketing Executive at Essar Steel, where they excelled in customer service, team building, and product development. In 2009, they joined Emaar as a Project Support Coordinator, where they assisted project managers and ensured smooth project execution.
In 2011, Chandhrika joined DENSO as a Senior Sales and Marketing Manager. Chandhrika demonstrated expertise in developing sales strategies, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. Chandhrika also supervised and motivated the sales team to achieve set goals.
In 2016, Chandhrika joined Ideagen Plc as an Enterprise Sales Manager, a position they held for six years. Chandhrika'sresponsibilities included generating sales, forecasting project sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Most recently, Chandhrika joined Tarya Fintech in 2022 as an Enterprise Sales Manager, where they continue to contribute their sales expertise. Throughout their career, they have consistently shown dedication, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive results.
Chandhrika Jayan completed their MBA in Strategic Management and Leadership from the University of Chichester from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Calicut from 2002 to 2006. Chandhrika also attended the New Indian Model School in Dubai, where they studied science until 2001.
In addition to their formal education, Chandhrika has obtained several certifications. In June 2017, they obtained certifications in Business Intelligence, Content Marketing: Social Media, Data Analytics, Operations Management, and Sales Management Foundation from LinkedIn. In October 2018, they became an APS Registered Sales Professional through the Association of Professional Sales.
