Renat Grinshpun

Renat Grinshpun has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Renat began their career at Bank Leumi as a Team Manager, where they worked from 2005 until 2008. Renat then moved on to Bank Hapoalim as a Finance Analyst from 2009 to 2010. Renat joined Union Bank in 2010 as a Team Leader and stayed until 2011. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Business Analyst at Consist. Renat then took on the role of Project Manager at Bank of Jerusalem from 2012 to 2013. In 2011, they started their own luxury natural silk fashion business called Queeng ltd. After that, Renat worked as a Project Manager at Insurence Company Phoenix from 2013 onwards. Renat joined Menora Mivtachim Insurance Ltd. in 2016 as a Technical and Business Systems Analyst. From 2018, Renat served as a Project Manager at Isracard. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at Tarya Fintech - Reshaping Banking, starting from June 2021.

Renat Grinshpun completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Systems at the Polytechnic Institute of Chisinau, Moldova, from 1985 to 1989. Renat then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, graduating in the period from 1990 to 1994. Renat further advanced their education at the Technion, obtaining a Master of Science in Economy and Management from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, Renat has undergone training in Directors' Training and Insurance Training, although specific start and end dates for these programs are not provided.
