Rajesh Rasiah

Rajesh Rasiah has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management, compliance, IT operations, and project management. Some of their notable positions include serving as the Head of IT Operations, PM, and GRC at TASA Solutions, a FinTech Consultant/Adviser at Fintech Association of Sri Lanka (FASL), and holding multiple roles at Bloomberg LP, where they were involved in risk monitoring, compliance, and project management. Rajesh has also worked at Dygisec PTE LTD as a Cloud Security and GRC specialist and served in managerial positions at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, UAE Exchange, and Seylan Bank PLC.

Rajesh Rasiah obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Financial Technology and Digitalisation from Harvard University in the years 2014-2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Banking and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Rajesh also holds a Bachelor of Business Management (BBM) degree from the University of Colombo.

In addition to their formal education, Rajesh has obtained various certifications in fields such as finance, risk management, information security, and auditing.
