Ernesto Montagne

Ernesto Montagne is currently the General Counsel & Corporate Affairs Manager at TASA - Empresa del Grupo Breca. Prior to this, Ernesto held the position of Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at APM Terminals Callao. With extensive experience in regulatory affairs and government relations, Ernesto has also worked in roles such as Director of Regulatory Affairs and Telco Business at Nextel Telecomunicações and Manager of Regulatory Affairs Counsel at Nextel del Perú S.A. Ernesto holds a Law degree from Universidad de Lima and an LLM CJ degree from New York University School of Law. Ernesto has also completed programs in Managing Risk and Reputation from Stanford University and Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
