Ernesto Montagne

Ernesto Montagne is the current Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager at Tasa. Ernesto has over 20 years of experience in telecom, regulatory affairs, and legal compliance. Prior to their current position, they were the Head of Legal & Corporate Affairs at APM Terminals Callao, where they administered the concession contract of Peru's main port. Ernesto has also served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Telco Business at Nextel Telecomunicações and as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs Counsel, Carrier Relations and Interconnection at Nextel del Perú S.A.

Ernesto Montagne has an LLM in Criminal Justice from New York University, a law degree from Universidad de Lima, and a certificate in Managing Risk and Reputation in a Complex World from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Ernesto also has a Short Course on Regulation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
