Adrienne Smolinski

Adrienne Smolinski, SPHR, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Adrienne has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in the field.

Starting in 2000, Adrienne served as the Director of Membership and Marketing for the Wisconsin Alumni Association until 2005. Following this, they joined First Hawaiian Bank as a Corporate Recruiter from 2005 to 2008. During their time at Adecco from 2008 to 2010, Adrienne worked as a Staffing Consultant.

In 2010, Adrienne joined TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) and has since held multiple positions within the company. Adrienne started as an HR Generalist from 2010 to 2014, then transitioned to the role of Resource Manager in 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources Operations, a role they have been in since July 2021.

With their extensive experience in human resources and recruitment, Adrienne brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any organization they work with.

Adrienne Smolinski, SPHR completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they hold a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. The exact date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
