David Lee

David is a strategic thinker and highly motivated leader, bringing knowledge of large governmental agencies, building enterprise value, and capital investments. His regular engagement with commercial and academic partners (as well as being a frequent speaker at cyber, data analytics, and data privacy conferences) provides unique access to innovation within applied sciences and digital technology.

David has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from James Madison University, Master of Science in Information Systems/Telecommunications from The Johns Hopkins University, and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

He serves his community as a Board Member for The GiveBack Foundation, James Madison University’s Executive Advisory Council for the College of Integrated Science & Engineering, National Child Research Center, and Committee Chair for TASC’s Security Advisory Committee.
