Shana Connor

Shana Connor has over two decades of experience in client relations and account management within the healthcare and financial services sectors. At TASC (Total Administrative Services Corporation) since December 2009, Shana has held various roles, including Manager of Sales Proposal Center and Client Account Executive, focusing on developing client relationships and addressing their needs through collaboration with different departments. Prior to TASC, Shana served as a Senior Advisor at USAble Life from 2003 to 2009, leading customer service associates and providing compliance support for Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts. Shana's career began at Florida Blue, where responsibilities as a Senior Service Associate included managing member accounts and claims processing for HMO and PPO accounts from 1999 to 2003.
