Marc Perusat has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marc started their career as a Product Manager at Michelin in 1987. Marc then worked as an Associate at L.E.K. Consulting from 1989 to 1991, where they focused on strategy and M&A assignments. Marc Perusat joined Morgan Stanley in 1993 as a Vice President, where they completed significant M&A transactions. Marc later joined Citigroup in 1998 as a Director in the Investment Banking, Telecom & Media Group, where they originated and executed large M&A transactions. In 2006, Marc Perusat joined Macquarie as a Managing Director, heading the European Communications Infrastructure and Private Equity Groups. Marc was responsible for equity investments, board directorships, and portfolio restructuring. From 2014 to 2015, Marc Perusat served as the Managing Partner at Xpand Capital Partners, where they provided corporate finance advice, executed M&A transactions, and managed private equity funds. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at TASC Towers, an emerging telecommunications tower operator. In this role, they are responsible for investment origination, execution, and funding requirements.

Marc Perusat completed their Masters in Business from ESSEC Business School in 1987. Marc then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Harvard Business School between 1991 and 1993.
