Ron Prast

Ron, a veteran firefighter and Southeast Territory Manager, spends his days guiding domestic apparatus manufacturers and engineers through demonstrations, purchases, installations, maintenance and care of TFT products.

During his 35 plus years as a volunteer firefighter, Prast has served as chief, president, treasurer, and maintenance manager (“When it comes to rebuilding trucks, I’ve done almost everything.”) He’s an experienced spec writer, a licensed EMT, a class instructor for first responders, an enthusiastic “motor head,” and a TFT salesperson with some 13 years of professional experience. Prast’s mechanically minded nature often keeps him up late at night, as he strives to find solutions to customers’ product application challenges. His efforts are bolstered by the talents of fellow TFT sales managers with whom he regularly partners.
