Job Description

Our Client Delivery team work closely with leading banks and investment houses around the globe, bringing Taskize into the heart of their organisations. The team’s role is broad and diverse and involves working closely with colleagues across the company to coordinate delivery and translate customer requirements into focused solutions.

We are looking for an established and autonomous project manager to supplement the team’s skills while dealing with the onboarding of our larger accounts. They will face off with senior stakeholders both internally & externally to analyse the clients’ requirements, deliver integrations and large-scale rollouts, listen to customer feedback and provide actionable insights to Sales and Product, to name but a few.

The successful candidate will be energetic and proactive, who is comfortable using MS Office, with a keen interest in engaging with customers while helping to streamline internal processes and procedures.

Our office is in central London, near Liverpool Street Station. While all our customer-facing roles are based in the London office, some members of the organisation are distributed across Europe.

What you’ll do:

  • Utilising project management skills, own the onboarding of Tier 1 financial organisations onto the Taskize platform.
  • Work with Product & Sales to create relevant project materials; SOW’s, BRD’s, etc.
  • Provides industry and functional expertise and leadership in discovery workshops in designing, testing, documenting and production support of the product solution for the client’s business needs
  • Build & maintain relationships with organisations, improving customer adoption and ensuring the value of Taskize is well understood.
  • Manage and own Exec level relationships and steering meetings.
  • Use your knowledge to improve the existing team processes and efficiencies to ensure scalability so that we can support our growth without impacting our service levels.
  • Clearly document & present company workflows and structures back to the client for clarification and internally so suitable solutions can be proposed.
  • Become an SME of the Taskize platform, and over time be comfortable delivering on-site product demonstrations to customers and lead workshops with clients to provide the best solution that is tailored to their needs.
  • Produce and maintain project materials & ensure requirements are clearly maintained and communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all feedback is clearly recorded & provided to the Product team for analysis and prioritisation, while managing client expectations.
  • Help to gather customer insight and feed analysis back to Client Delivery, sales, and engineering teams within Taskize as well as the customer.
  • Liaise with Product Marketing to ensure the relevant collateral is available and maintained for the clients.

  • Can demonstrate logical thought through recommendations and prioritisation, also able to say ‘no’ to make the right decision.
  • Someone to bring enthusiasm, passion and knowledge to the company and help to drive the team to their own successes.
  • Train, mentor and coach younger members of the team.
  • A background in Finance is desirable.
  • Experience with Smart Sheet, Atlassian products and Salesforce.
