Jessica Davila

Jessica Davila is the VP of People Experience at TaskRabbit. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in human resources and talent management.

Jessica started their career as a sales associate at Sherland & Farrington, Inc. Jessica then became a corporate trainer at The Essex Companies where they worked for two years before moving into the HR field.

Jessica’s first HR role was as an HR associate at Imagine Early Learning Centers. Jessica then became an HR generalist at Medidata Solutions before being promoted to director of HR and Talent at iCrossing. Jessica spent four years at iCrossing before joining Bread as the VP, Head of People. Jessica was with Bread for two years before taking their current role at TaskRabbit.

In their current role, Jessica is responsible for leading the people team and developing strategies to attract, retain, and engage employees. Jessica is passionate about creating a positive work environment and helping employees reach their full potential.

Jessica Davila has a degree in HR Management/Psychology from Baruch College. Jessica is certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
