Karen Michelle Garcia is an experienced professional in business analysis and data integration with a strong background in technical consultancy. Currently serving as a Business Insights Manager at TaskUs since April 2021, Karen previously held roles as a Business Insights Analyst and as a Technical Business Analyst Team Lead at Owens Asia. With extensive experience at Deutsche Bank as a Senior Business Functional Analyst and at Teradata as a Senior Technical Consultant leading ETL and BI projects, Karen has also contributed as a Freelance IT Consultant at Indra and worked in various organizations, including SMITS, Inc. and the United Nations. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Ateneo de Manila University.
