Harris Joe Anches

Harris Joe Anches is a highly experienced Senior Operations Planning Engineer currently working at TasNetworks since December 2024. Prior to this role, Anches served as the Operations Assessment and Management Senior Principal Engineer at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines from May 2017 to December 2024, where significant accomplishments included supervising the transposition of Butuan-Placer 138kV lines and integrating four Battery Energy Storage System facilities in Mindanao. Anches has also held positions as System Studies Principal Engineer and Operations Planning Senior Engineer, where simulation studies and MATLAB applications for maintenance and demand forecasting were developed. Additional teaching experience includes roles as an Electrical Engineering Instructor at Cagayan de Oro College and Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology. Anches holds a Bachelor's and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Mindanao State University - Iligan Institute of Technology.
