Melinda Swahn

Melinda Swahn has over 12 years of work experience in the food and beverage industry. Melinda started their career as a Floor Manager at Esperanto in 2008 and worked there until 2010. Melinda then became a Baker at Hill Country Chicken from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Melinda joined Butter Lane Cupcakes as a General Manager and worked there for three years. Most recently, they have been the Director of Operations at Taste Buds Kitchen since 2015.

Melinda Swahn obtained a Pastry and Baking Arts Diploma from the Institute of Culinary Education, where they studied from 2010 to 2011. Prior to their time at the culinary institute, there is no available information regarding their education history.
