Lina Vanegas

Lina Vanegas has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lina currently works at Tastes on the Fly as a Recruiter, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as an Auxiliary Human Resources Administrator at Tastes on the Fly from March 2022 to January 2023. Lina'sprevious experience includes being a Digital Marketing and Communication Consultant at Communimarket since June 2020. Lina served as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Neptune Laundromat from September 2017 to May 2022. Lina also has experience at Tastes on the Fly, where they held roles such as Assistant General Manager from February 2020 to April 2021, FOH Manager from March 2019 to February 2020, and Host from June 2018 to March 2019. Earlier in their career, Lina worked at Universidad Cooperativa de Colombia as a Television Presenter from May 2015 to January 2016, and as a Change Management Communication Specialist from June 2014 to January 2016. Lina was the Head of the Department of Communications and Marketing at Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera from January 2012 to May 2014, where they were responsible for creating and managing communication strategies, marketing programs, and brand development. Lina also worked as a Lecturer at the same institution during this time. Additionally, Lina worked at Universidad Nacional de Colombia as a Strategic Communication Coordinator from September 2008 to March 2011, where they designed and implemented change management methodologies and communication strategies to foster organizational culture. Lina began their career as a Co-Founder at Artika Gestion de Medios Ltda from February 2006 to September 2008.

Lina Vanegas has a diverse education history. Lina obtained a degree in Social Communication - Journalism from Universidad de Antioquia in an unknown year but completed the program in 2006. Following that, they pursued further education and became an Especialista en Cultura y Clima Organizacional from Institución Universitaria Salazar y Herrera, graduating in 2014. Lina also studied Relaciones Públicas at Universidad EAFIT, although the specific year of completion is unknown. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Presentadora de Televisión y Radio from Politécnico Colombiano 'Jaime Isaza Cadavid' in 2000. To further broaden their education, Lina is currently enrolled in a Happiness Management program at HarvardX, which they are projected to complete in 2023.
