Lauren Blomberg

Lauren Blomberg is the Chief Analytical Chemist at Tastry. Lauren has previous experience working as a Quality Analyst at Firestone Walker Brewing Company, a Research Assistant at Santa Cruz Biotechnology, and a Regulatory Compliance Specialist at the City of Santa Maria. Lauren has also worked as a Laboratory Technician for SLPS Contractor to ConocoPhillips and Visual Purple, and as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for the City of Pismo Beach. Lauren has also been a Volunteer Lab and Clerical Assistant for the Public Health Department in San Luis Obispo. Lauren's experience as a Laboratory Analyst for the City of San Luis Obispo Wastewater Reclamation Laboratory and as a Laboratory Technician for the Environmental Biotechnology Institute at Cal Poly State University have given their the skills and knowledge necessary to be successful in their current role.

Lauren Blomberg has a BS in Microbiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.

Lauren Blomberg reports to Katerina Axelsson, CEO & Founder. They work with Alex Dhektyar - Chief Data Scientist, Co-Founder, Eric Thorndyke - VP, Software Development, Co-Founder, and Alexa Buerger - Wine Consumer Liaison.
