Open

Open is the current Project Coordinator for Tasty King at Tasty Restaurant Group. Previously, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer for The Meruelo Group from March 2012 to June 2018, where they were responsible for strategic direction and management of three business units: restaurant, manufacturing, and construction. Open also worked as the COO & EVP for Denny's, Inc. from September 2010 to April 2012, where they improved company margins, traffic count, guest satisfaction metrics, speed of service and product quality while reducing operating costs. Open was also the President/COO for Carlson Restaurants Worldwide from June 2008 to September 2010, and the President for Dunkin' Brands, Inc. from January 2006 to December 2008.

Open holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Miami Dade College.
