Ariel Mats

Ariel Mats has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Since 2019, Ariel has worked as an Independent International Consultant, specializing in EU expertise on international outsourcing, R&D, and thermal management for government and private enterprises. Prior to that, Ariel held senior positions at TAT Technologies Ltd. from 1998, including Senior Project Manager, R&D and Strategic Development Director, and de-facto Chief Engineer. At TAT Technologies, Ariel managed strategic development, multi-million projects in advanced aerospace systems, and commercial studies of industry trends and competition. Ariel also worked as a Project Manager at Galil Engineering from 1995 to 1998, Senior Project Engineer at Baran Group from 1991 to 1994, and Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Negev Projects Ltd. from 1988 to 1990. Ariel's career began at the State Company for Engineering Special Equipment in 1980, where they held positions as Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, and Chief Design Engineer until 1988.

Ariel Mats holds a BSc and MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Technological University Moscow.
