Manoj Mathews

Manoj Mathews is currently the Assistant Vice President-Human Resources (L&D) at Tata AIA Life Insurance, where Manoj leads corporate training and development in the South Zone. Prior to this, Manoj worked as an Area Sales Manager in Bancassurance at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance and as a Personal Financial Consultant at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Manoj holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bharathiar University and has various certifications in fields such as life insurance, mutual funds, and corporate training. Manoj is currently pursuing advanced certifications in psychology management and international human resources management.
