Pushpesh Gautam

Pushpesh Gautam currently serves as the Country Head of Group Operations at Tata AIA Life Insurance, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Pushpesh worked at Digit Insurance as Associate Vice President for Group & Non-Motor Operations from January 2022 to September 2022, and at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Limited in various roles including Deputy Chief Manager and Senior Manager in Policy Servicing and Group Operations over the span of several years. Experience also includes managerial positions in claims at Liberty General Insurance and IndiaFirst Life. Pushpesh began a career in insurance as a Management Trainee at Reliance Nippon Life Insurance. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Insurance from the Birla Institute of Management Technology, a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Psychology from Patna University, and an Associate's degree from the Insurance Institute of India.
