Gretta Stephens is the Chief Executive Climate Change & Sustainability at Tata BlueScope Steel. Gretta has over 25 years of experience in the aluminium industry. Gretta started their career at Rio Tinto as a Reduction Group Manager and then moved to New Zealand Aluminium Smelters as a Superintendent. In 2010, they became the General Manager Business Improvement & Technology at Pacific Aluminium. After three years, they returned to New Zealand Aluminium Smelters as the General Manager. In 2018, they joined Tata BlueScope Steel.

Gretta Stephens holds a BE Hons in Materials Engineering from Monash University and a BSc in Chemistry & Materials Science from the same institution.

Gretta Stephens reports to Debra Counsell, Chairperson. They are on a team with Samita Shah - Chief Risk Officer, Anoop Kumar Trivedi - Managing Director, and Matthew Coghlan - Vice President, Corporate Finance & Strategy.
