Shilpa Rai

Shilpa Rai is an experienced HR professional with a rich background in compensation and benefits, payroll, and HR consultancy. Currently serving as Associate VP of Compensation & Benefits and Payroll, as well as Associate VP of HR at Tata Capital since September 2017, Shilpa has demonstrated expertise in HR policy formulation, job grading, performance management, and compensation strategies. Prior roles include HR Consultant at Consult4 HR Solutions, HR Manager at Syntel, and Assistant Manager at RBS International. Shilpa began their career as Manager of HR at IMS Learning Resources.
