Graham Hughes

Graham Hughes possesses extensive experience in engineering and operations management across various industries, including chemicals, fertilizers, and specialty materials. Currently serving as Head of Northwich Operations at Tata Chemicals Europe since June 2023, Graham previously held significant roles such as Head of Operations at CF Fertilisers UK Ltd and Site Section Manager at CF Fertilisers. Prior to that, Graham was an Engineering Manager at Vertellus Specialty Materials and Kronospan Ltd., where responsibilities included oversight of complex engineering functions and project management. Earlier experiences include senior engineering roles at Artenius UK Ltd and Elementis Chromium, focusing on high-pressure organic chemistry and inorganic chemistry processes, respectively. Graham's career began as a Process, Project & Commissioning Engineer with VAI/Kvaerner Metals, with international assignments enhancing engineering expertise. Graham holds an MSc in Mechanical Systems Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a B.Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leicester.
