Vicky Watson

Vicky Watson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR at Tata Chemicals Europe since November 2005, where Vicky has previously held multiple roles, including HR Business Partner and Learning and Development Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior HR Officer at Thales Information Systems and HR Manager at Georgia Pacific GB. Vicky's career began as an HR Coordinator at Takao Europe Manufacturing Ltd, following an initial role as a Continuous Improvement Facilitator at Euromond Ltd. Vicky holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Talent & Career Management from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and a BSc Hons in Technology Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
