Ashutosh Pankaj has over 18 years of experience in service management and customer success within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Tata Communications since November 2011, Ashutosh leads a team dedicated to managing the service experiences of top enterprise customers in North India. Prior roles include positions as Deputy General Manager and Regional Head, where Ashutosh successfully managed accounts across the Asia-Pacific region. Previous experience encompasses significant positions at Tata Communications Ltd. and Spectranet-Punj Lloyd Limited, including managing strategic accounts and driving sales growth.
