David Garcia Arroyo

David Garcia Arroyo has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. David started their career in 2000 at Amper, S.A. as a Technician, where they worked until 2001. During this time, they gained experience in installation and maintenance of telecom equipment.

In 2001, David joined Ekintza Seguridad as a Network Installer Technician for a short period of time.

Later in 2001, they joined DOMINION GLOBAL as a Telecommunications Technician. In this role, they were responsible for installation, maintenance, and configuration of telecom equipment from various brands including Cisco, Nokia, ECI, Ericsson, Juniper, Huawei, and ZTE. David also worked on maintaining the TETRA communication system in a metro and a data center for Orange. Additionally, they performed installations of energy-efficient equipment. David worked at DOMINION GLOBAL until 2018.

Since 2018, David has been working at Tata Communications. David initially joined as a Sr. Customer Service Executive in Telecom Network Operations and Maintenance. In this role, they specialized as a Submarine Cable Engineer and PFE Operator. David also had responsibilities in data center operations, maintenance, and management. David's excellent performance led to their promotion as a Lead in Telecom Network Operations and Maintenance. David'stenure at Tata Communications is ongoing.

David Garcia Arroyo attended Salesianos Deusto from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Técnico en desarrollo de productos electrónicos (C.F.G.S Ciclo formativo de grado superior). David also holds several additional certifications, including CCNA: Enterprise Networking, Security, and Automation from Cisco, obtained in January 2022, and DCT® Facilities Management from DCPRO Training, also obtained in January 2022. In August 2021, they obtained the CCNA: Switching, Routing, and Wireless Essentials certification from Cisco, and in March 2021, they achieved the CCNA: Introduction to Networks certification, also from Cisco. In addition, they hold certifications in ADVA (from ADVA Optical Networking), Cableado estructurado Cat.6 (from Brand-Rex), and Técnico DWDM de Nokia (from Nokia).
