Shailesh Gupta

Shailesh Gupta is an experienced professional with a strong background in telecommunications and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Service Operations at Tata Communications, Shailesh specializes in Service Delivery and Service Assurance, focusing on automation, productivity enhancement, and optimizing costs. Shailesh has held the Vice President position in Network Operations at multiple divisions of Tata Communications since 2008. Prior experience includes serving as a Sr. Systems Engineer at the National Informatics Center, where responsibilities included computerizing and training for various government sectors and participating in significant projects like the UP Treasury computerization. Shailesh holds a PG Diploma in Operations Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from MMM University of Technology, Gorakhpur.
