Sneha Mishra

Sneha Mishra has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Sneha started their career at Bosch India as a Buyer, where they focused on sourcing components for diesel pumps and driving cost reduction. Sneha then worked at Mercedes-Benz India as a Manager of Global Sourcing, where they managed supplier relationships and handled various components for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and vans. Sneha later joined airtel as a Senior Manager in Services Global Procurement, responsible for procuring outsourced services for Airtel India and Africa. Sneha then moved on to become the Deputy General Manager and Category Head for Services Sourcing, driving the category spend and implementing automation and digitization in customer contact centers. Sneha later joined Airtel Business as a General Manager, leading Supply Chain Management for Airtel Business products and services. Their responsibilities included procurement for opex and capex, as well as managing and driving efficient processes. Their most recent role was at Tata Communications, where they served as the Global Head of Direct Procurement, responsible for procurement of network products and services for various areas such as SDWAN, MPLS, Media and Entertainment Services, and Managed Security Services. Overall, Sneha Mishra has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management in the telecommunications and automotive industries.

Sneha Mishra attended Loreto Day School from 1991 to 2005, where they completed their higher secondary education with a focus on commerce. Sneha then pursued a degree in company secretary at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, specializing in company law. Additionally, they enrolled in the Indo-German Training Centre for a postgraduate program in general management (PGPBA).

In 2005, Sneha joined Kolkata jobs to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, focusing on business and commerce in general.

Throughout their education, Sneha also obtained several certifications. In December 2016, they completed a Leadership Training in Strategic Sourcing at the National Institute of Industrial Engineering. Sneha also holds a certification as a Certified Metaverse Expert from the Blockchain Council. Furthermore, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and they completed training in Thomas Profiling from Thomas Assessments Pvt Ltd.
