Manoj Raghavan

Manoj Raghavan is the CEO and Managing Director of Tata Elxsi. Manoj previously worked at Tata Motors from June 1993 to April 1995 as a Graduate Trainee Engineer. During their time at Tata Motors, they received on the job training across various functions like Assembly line production, QA, Foundry, and Value Engineering for the first year. Manoj spent another year developing ERP systems for the MSD division of Telco.

Manoj Raghavan would first attend the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras where they would study Metallurgical Engineering and earn their B.Tech. Manoj would then go on to the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade to study International Business and earn their MBA. Finally, they would attend Harvard Business School to complete their Advanced Management Program (AMP 196).
