Gaureesh Kamath

Gaureesh Kamath has over 10 years of work experience in contracts, procurement, and management roles in the real estate and construction industry. Gaureesh is currently working as an Assistant General Manager - Contracts at Tata Housing Development Company Limited since June 2022. Previously, they have held positions as Senior Manager - MEP, HO Contracts & Procurement at Godrej Properties Limited from July 2021 to May 2022, Senior Manager - Contracts & Procurement at CHALET HOTELS LIMITED from April 2019 to July 2021, and Manager - Central Procurement at LODHA Group from April 2017 to April 2019. Gaureesh started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Larsen & Toubro in July 2011 and held various roles including Assistant Manager - Contracts, Senior Engineer, and Deputy Manager - Central Procurement during their tenure until May 2015. Gaureesh Kamath has demonstrated expertise in contracts, procurement, and managing vendor relationships in the real estate and construction industry.

Gaureesh Kamath completed their education in a chronological manner. They first attended St.Xaviers High School in Mumbai from 1993 to 2005, where they obtained their SSC degree. Following high school, they enrolled in Thakur Polytechnic in Mumbai and studied Mechanical Engineering from 2005 to 2008, completing a Diploma in the field. They then pursued higher education at Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE) in Mumbai from 2008 to 2011, receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Gaureesh Kamath also obtained several certifications. In November 2013, they completed a program in Water & Waste Water Engineering at Suvidya Institute of Technology. Later, in November 2014, they completed an Executive Development Program at Symbiosis Institute of Business Management Pune. They also obtained a Certificate Program in Public Procurement from the World Bank Group in March 2017, and a Certificate Program in Contract Management from the same institution in July 2020.
