Sanjoy Majumder

Sanjoy Majumder has over 20 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources and Industrial Relations. Sanjoy has held various managerial positions in companies such as Tata Metaliks Ltd, Matix Fertilisers & Chemicals Limited, India Power, Shalimar Paints Limited, Hindusthan National Glass & Industries Limited, AVTEC Ltd, Vindhya Telelinks Limited, EEI Capsule Limited, and Manoj Surgical Industries Limited. Their roles have included Chief - Industrial Relations & ER, Assistant General Manager - HR & IR, Assistant General Manager - HR, Plant Manager - HR & IR, and Asst. General Manager- Human Resources.

Sanjoy Majumder completed a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Visva-Bharati between 1991 and 1994. Sanjoy then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relation from Indore School of Social Work, DAVV, Indore from 1994 to 1996. Afterwards, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Law (LLB Hons) from R.C.Jall Law College, DAVV, MHOW from 1998 to 2001. Finally, in 2004 and 2005, they studied Human Resource Management (HRM) and earned a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
