Kishore Dalal

Kishore Dalal is an experienced HR professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the National Head of Business HR at Tata Capital since January 2013, Kishore oversees Compensation & Benefits management, Performance Management, Talent Management, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and HR Analytics across three key business units: Consumer Finance, Housing Finance, and Rural Finance. Prior experience includes strategic HR roles at Tata Services Ltd., ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Bharti Airtel Limited, and Rajeev & Rajesh (Chartered Accountants). Kishore holds an MBA in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, along with an Inter CA qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
