Rejoy Varghese

Rejoy Varghese has a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. They started their career at Accenture in India as a Sr. Process Associate and then moved on to Bharti AXA Life Insurance as an HR Executive. After that, they joined HDFC Life as an Associate Manager and later became a Deputy Manager, handling various HR responsibilities. They then moved to Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where they worked as a Manager and later as a Senior Manager in the HR department. Currently, they are with Tata Motors Finance as an AVP-HR and Lead Talent Acquisition.

Rejoy Varghese has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from SCDL.
