Leela Krishna

Leela Krishna is a Senior Manager in Quality Operations at Tata Motors, holding the L5.2 title since September 2018, responsible for ensuring metallurgical compliance of all drivetrain components produced in-house and at supplier facilities. Previously, Leela served as Senior Manager of Metallurgy, contributing to the quality operations team at the transmission heat treatment plant. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Manager of Forge Quality at TML Drivelines and as a GET at TML Drivelines Limited, where Leela completed a comprehensive training program across four departments. Early experience involved a vocational traineeship at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, focusing on efficiency improvements for reheating furnaces. Leela holds a Bachelor of Technology in Material Science and Metallurgy from the National Institute of Foundry and Forge Technology, obtained in 2016.
