Ravindra Shelke

Ravindra Shelke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as General Manager - Product Development at Tata Motors since April 2015. Prior roles at Tata Motors include DGM - Product Planning and AGM - Manufacturing Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed product planning for Small Commercial Vehicles and leading the planning section of the Gearbox/Transmission division, respectively. Before rejoining Tata Motors, Ravindra was a Manager in Manufacturing Engineering at Jaguar Land Rover, contributing to the establishment of the Engine Manufacturing Plant in Wolverhampton, UK. Ravindra's career began at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd as a Junior Engineer. Ravindra holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Automobile from VIT Pune and has successfully implemented the MOST system and Kaizen principles, significantly enhancing productivity.
