Sudhakar Kumar

Sudhakar Kumar is an experienced professional in operations and maintenance, currently serving as the Head of Operation and Maintenance at Tata Motors Ltd. since June 2008. Notable achievements include executing a green field project for a new plant with assets worth US$100 million and successfully enhancing the paint shop's capacity from 58 JPH to 72 JPH through brown field projects. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager, where similar green field and brown field projects were executed. Sudhakar's career began at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included managing supervisors and a large team while overseeing the establishment of a new plant. Educational credentials feature an MBA in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and various specialized training programs, including a Master of Technology in Electric Vehicles, currently in progress.
