Sugata Bhadra Roy

Sugata Bhadra Roy currently serves as Senior Lead - Operations and Delivery Lead at Tata Nexarc, focusing on helping emerging businesses grow through digital solutions and infrastructure since November 2022. Previously, Sugata held the position of Head of Customer Success and Operations for India, South East Asia, and the Middle East at Valuefy from April 2017 to November 2022, leading a diverse team in technical operations and enhancements. Prior experience includes serving as Vertical Head at UNIVERSAL from October 2014 to March 2017 and as Senior Sailor - Logistics, Finance, Administration, and NBCD in the Indian Navy from January 1999 to January 2014. Sugata holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Annamalai University (2005-2008). Early education was completed at Delhi Public School, Bokaro Steel City.
