Salima Valjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Currently serving as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, Cadre Management & Employer Branding at TATA Power since September 2024, Salima has held significant roles such as Associate Director at Indusion Consulting and National Lead for Talent Acquisition at Deloitte India from May 2016 to November 2023. Previous positions include Head of Campus and University Relations at Crompton Greaves Limited and Lead Talent Acquisition roles at Welspun Infratech Ltd and Asia Motor Works. Salima's educational background includes a PGDHRM from NMIMS, a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD Delhi, and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mumbai.
