Viiniisha Jaiiswaal is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Lead Associate - HR at TATA Power, where responsibilities include end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the EV Charging Business, Transmission & Distribution Cluster, and various projects, along with handling the internship programme for Odisha Discoms.
