Priyanka Roy

Priyanka Roy currently serves as the Manager of Corporate HRBP, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development at Tata Steel Downstream Products Limited since April 2022. Prior to this role, Priyanka worked at Gainwell CAT as HR Talent Acquisition from March 2021 to April 2022 and held a position in Human Resources at HDFC Bank from January 2017 to February 2021, focusing on recruitment in the branch banking sector. Earlier experience includes an internship on employee engagement at Srei Infrastructure Finance Limited and an internship on industrial relations at JUSCO Limited, both in 2016. Priyanka holds a Master's degree in Human Resource and Organizational Management from the University of Calcutta (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Pailan College of Management and Technology (2011-2014).
